SUPERVISION COMMITTEE

It is responsible for ensuring that our Cooperative complies with the recommendations of the audits conducted, monitoring the legality of the actions of the Board of Directors and Management, the veracity of the reports they present to members and security of the assets of the Cooperative.

CREDIT COMMITTEE

Appointed by the Board of Directors consisting of not less than three (3) regular members and two (2) alternate members. They are responsible to consider, approve or deny loans for amounts in excess of those loan officers are authorized to grant, but up to the maximum limits established by the lending standards established by the Board.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Appointed by the Board of Directors consisting of not less than three (3) members and no more than seven (7) members, of which at least half can not be members of the Board or other committees in the Cooperative. Its functions include the training of members of the directing bodies, informing the community about the benefits and services.
